How does one utilize several (9) PWM fans?

I'm planning a high airflow and quiet system using the Dark Rock Pro 3 and some form of advanced GPU (Potentially Strix 1080 ti). I'm considering using a Z270E MB and intend on using the Dark Base Pro 900.
My current problem;
In order to maximize airflow in the case during high loads I plan to put 9 Silent Wing 3 PWM 140mm fans all around (rear:1 exhaust; top:3 exhaust; front: 3 intake; bottom: 2 intake). The fan hub however can only take 4x4pin fans and 4x3pin fans.
How should I go about connecting these whilst also having the PWM funktion in all of the fans.

I'm don't know if this is a simple problem but I, as a very unexperienced builder, find this quite confusing and I find very little in the ways of a solution. Thanks in advance for any helpful responses.

There are some that control multiple PWM fans from one motherboard header, powered through a Molex connector. But I didn't search them out for you. (Btw, Newegg's link that appears above is not the one I selected. It got changed somehow)

There are "PWM splitters"if you want to go the simpler route and has space to hide them...

Would that not make me activly control the fans rather than them using the PWM function?

Here's one that takes 10 fans and is power from a SATA power connector.

That 10 port one looks like it will work perfectly in my build, although I might go for a black one to match. Thanks alot the help, appreciate it.
