So I want you guys to final check this build and tell me if it is all compatible, all the parts are final and there are upgrades to do in the future but for now this is the best for what I need

AMD Ryzen 5 1400
Asus Prime B350 Plus
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 3G
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000MHz (2x4GB)
Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200rpm
Seasonic S12II 620W
NZXT S340 Black Red
Is it all compatible and good to go? Here are some questions
Will the PSU and CPU stock cooler handle a mild overclock on the CPU?
And about RAM, any one has a good guide I can read to successfully overclock the RAM to the 3000MHz (assuming Ryzen 5 1400 supports 3000MHz) and what to correct if the memory speeds reset after boot?

Thank you all and I am looking forward for your answers.

Your components are compatible, no worries there.
Though, i'd go for semi- or fully-modular Seasonic PSU to ease the cable management. E.g M12II-620 EVO, G-650, Focus+ 650 or PRIME 650 80+ Titanium,

M12II EVO and G series PSUs come with 5 years of warranty. (My Haswell build is also powered by M12II EVO series PSU.)
Focus+ is the newest PSU line from Seasonic and it comes with 10 years of warranty.
While PRIME 650 80+ Titanium is the best 650W PSU money can buy at current date.

With Seasonic PRIME 80+ Titanium series, you'll get the highest efficiency (94%), tightest voltage regulation (0.5%), longest hold-up time (30ms), lowest ripple noise (20mV) and...

My Skylake build is also powered by PRIME 650 80+ Titanium PSU (full specs with pics in my sig).
Oh, all semi- and fully-modular Seasonic PSUs are also compatible with CableMod SE-series custom sleeved power cables. To match my Skylake's black & red theme and Haswell's black & blue theme, i have replaced the stock black power cables with CableMod SE-series custom sleeved power cables (red colored for Skylake and blue colored for Haswell).

Seasonic S12II-620 will do fine with CPU OC and AMD Wraith CPU coolers can handle some OC on CPU without CPU thermal throttling.

To get your RAM running at 3000 Mhz, the correct voltage and latency are listed on the Corsair page,
