Before I get into the problem ill tell you my specs here so that if someone see's the problem right of the bat it could be a quick response.
GPU = GTX 960
CPU = i5-4670K @ 3.40GHZ
RAM = 16 GB
About a year ago everything was fine perfect frames, good games, and no issues. Then over a course of a few months it started to degrade, I was expecting it to be some sort of malware/miner on my PC but nothing was there, using over six detection soft wares nothing shown, and now its pretty unplayable for most games, I can play league to an extent and older games, but every game I play it has an impact on performance, if you have any idea of what might be happening please comment im down for all ideas, thanks.
