Internet disconnects because of appliances

Whenever a large electronic appliance such as the A/C or the dishwasher is turned on in my apartment, my computer loses internet connection for at least 10 seconds. There is another computer in the apartment that doesn't lose connection though. I'm guessing it is because of sudden changes in voltages. My computer is plugged into the wall near the kitchen, but that doesn't explain why it loses internet whenever the A/C across the room is turned on. I'm not sure how to fix this problem. My computer build is https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Ranias/saved/#view=mzqD4D

If your circuits are varying that much in voltages you should get a professional to take a look or at the very least, put your a/c on a different circuit.
However, if you internet is dropping, I wouldn't think it's your computer (not saying it couldn't be though). Your modem and your router are also likely affected. You mention one computer that is not losing connection. Is there anything different about that connection? Is it wired vs wireless? Do you have extenders for wireless in the house?
