my budget low end gaming pc

im new to pc gaming and i am very poor and i have a set amount saved for a computer
what i have is

Intel - Pentium G4400 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor
Cooler Master - Hyper T2 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Gigabyte - GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard --- can you over clock on this?
Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
DIYPC - Solo-T1-BK ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA - 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
and finally G.Skill - Aegis 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
this is all I can afford for the time being. how good is this?
the games im trying to play are all Runescape's, Minecraft,tf2,cs go,terraria,everquest2, maybe some other esport games like overwatch to. help guys?

A bit but the gain from the added video card will over make up for it in games. You can put more money in to get the G4400 if you can afford the extra. The G4400 is about a 15% faster for 30% more.

If you can go $262 it would get you a great video card that can handle any game. Its a must for games like overwatch or CSGO. Get the GT1030 if possible. The Hyper T2 is a waste given the stock cooler is about as good.
