So I built a new ryzen pc and when I hit the power button everything comes on but it won't boot until I hit the reset button does anyone know what to do?
I don't know what is going on with my computer

Case-thermal take v21
Motherboard-msi b350m gaming pro
CPU-ryzen5 1600x
Gpu-msi gtx 1070
Psi-evga 600w bronze
Then a corsair h100 v2 water cooler and a san disk 240 ssd with a 2tb hard drive
And your RAM is ? Are you overclocking the RAM?
Did you try a BIOS reset ? Set BIOS to recommended settings?
Did you check if your Power and Reset buttons are in their correct positions and correct orientation on their connectors ? Tried removing and inserting power and reset connectors back?
Are all necessary power cables connected to motherboard? Tried removing and inserting power connectors?
