PS3 controller won't work on my PC

When i plug in my PS3 controller it just doesn't work, tried it on SFV and The Binding of Isaac on steam. I've tried everything that my friends suggested and nothing seems to work. Motioninjoy didn't detect my control at all, same with ScpToolkit and x360ce. I know that it's not a motherboard issue because my PC senses that there's a PS3 controller connected but it just doesn't seem to work with any of these drivers. All i get is all 4 lights flashing as it would if it was charging, and i know that my PS3 control works just fine because it charges and plays on my PS3 with no issues.

You could try something in this website if you didn't yet

Also try reinstalling your Netframework runtimes, C++ and Controller Drivers (Xbox, etc)..

As for Steam instead of going straight to the game try running Steam in Big Picture mode and see if it works.
