If you want to play games in better performance along the way in future I would highly recommend a Quad Core CPU instead of a Dual Core, most demanding games will use all 4 Cores and it will make a huge difference in performance also it might reduce the bottleneck as well, as for PSU if you plan to upgrade your computer I would go with something like a 550W minimum. But yeah you'll be able to handle some of new games around Medium - High settings, as for your games list I guess you'll be fine they are not very demanding anyways.
