I'm at my wits end trying to figure out why i'm getting low fps in games like gta 5 and Battlefield 1.I'm getting as low as mid 40 fps on GTA 5 at 1080p.

Windows 10 with latest updates and Nvidia drivers
i-7 6700
16gb ddr4 2133mhz
EVGA 1080 ti sc2
2tb/ 7200rpm
