Games are lagging o much after new Board and possessor. I have core 2 due e8400 3.0 ghz, 4 GB ddr3 ram, esonic g41 cmbl(G41FGAL2) board. 450 psu . Amd r7 370 2gb ddr5 gpu. I am assuming the board cant handle the process as it is a non brand board. Is it true ?

It doesn't just depend on the brand of the motherboard. Even though your processor is compatible with the motherboard, you have to check if you GPU supports that motherboard. I think your motherboard compatibility with the GPU is causing this lag.
Not only that but also the minimum power required for the GPU is 500 W and the recommended power 650 W(AMD recommended PSU is XFX 650W), so there is less power supply(450W) to the GPU which makes the GPU not to perform to its full extent.
