I'm planning on making a build something like this ; https://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/MadCuzBad/saved/nX4RBm
I'm thinking of getting a GTX 1060/ RX 580 if the prices drop by that time.
I plan on playing games such as Overwatch but I want to be 'futureproofed-ish'
And also I need a monitor and keyboard as mentioned in the list (Any better suggestions?)
I plan on making this build around 3 months from now (is that too long?)
Also keep in mind this is the Australian part picker I have linked.

Solution
I wanted to say get G4600 as its cheaper than 4520, but that is not the case in your country :)
I would go with cable mouse/keyboard as its latency of wireless I cannot handle.
it will be close to end of year, might be some options to get it cheaper. Also intel refresh was planned soon ? might be good to wait for little price drop.

Solution
Thats a great budget build. But wait, dont buy now, intel coffeelake processor is going to launch on 21st August. The coffeelake pentium processor can be "the" budget gaming chip. So, wait a few days before purchasing a new pc.
