How much actual wattage is my psu?

I know there are other threads about this but I dont understand them.
My psu is 550W, 80+ and this:

-12V 0,5 A
+12V 20 A
+12V2 20 A
+3,3V 6 A
+5Vsb 2,0 A
+5V 7 A

Is this bad or good?
