Am I going to have trouble with the cooling my CPU that I've had built? More specifics inside

I've had a PC built that has a Intel® Core™ i7 Six Core Processor i7-7800X (3.5GHz) 8.25MB Cache but I've ordered a CoolerMaster Hyper 212X (120mm) Fan CPU Cooler for cooling after recommendation from a friend and all round general good reviews, have I made a mistake? I'm not going to be doing any super heavy like running a load of editing/graphics design programs but will be playing a lot of different games in 144hz.

Solution
Why cheap out on the cooler, when you have quite an expensive processor chip there; Just dont get it. Anyways, the hyper 212 evo will get the job done, but go for a better cooling solution and use either the cooler master mastergel maker nano or the MX4 as thermal paste. I personally prefer and use the mastergel maker nano.

I've got ARCTIC MX-4 EXTREME THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COMPOUND which is the only one available from where I ordered from. Is this good enough?

Buying a good CPU cooler to compliment a 400 dollar CPU is a must in my opinion. Now the cooler you have chosen is not one of the best but it will cool your CPU enough to run everything smoothly for many years. I suspect you won't overclock your 7800x so I don't believe you need a better cooler.
