Hi all. Very new to all this. I have a custom build pc (built for me)
Gigabyte GA-990x-Sli mobo
Fx8370e cpu
Asus gtx 1060 6gn
16g corsaire vengence Ram
I'm currently looking to get more processing power for gaming and editing and the suggestion to me was ryzen 5 1600x.
My issue it I'm learning I'll need a new mobo and ddr4 ram... is this correct?
And also can anyone advise me as to a good mobo? Apologies if in the wrong place
