Ryzen 7 1700
Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, 16GB(2x8GB), 3000MHz

Solution
There is not much of a difference between the x370 and the b350 chipsets. The x370 has more SATA and usb 3.0 options and will also allow for dual graphics cards running at PCIe 3.0 x8.

The x370 typically has a little bit better VRMs which will allow for easier overclocking, but the b350 is still a capable overclocker. Since Ryzen hits a hard wall at 4.1ghz, the x370's better VRMs do not really constitute the more expensive price.

%The Tomahawk is a good board and I would not make a change unless you want to go multi GPU or need more SATA or usb 3.0.
