Do I need a certain cable to connect to my gtx 1030 gpu or can i use the HDMI I got with my Optiplex 3020 SFF.

It is a Dell E2014H and it is currently connected via HDMI that came with the computer. IT didn't come with that will fit the Gpu and the card itself came with no cables.

The Dell E2014H only has a DVI-D and a VGA input connectors.
You can use a DVI cable between the GeForce GT 1030 and Dell E2014H.
