cpu i7 870 hot idle

I just got a bought a used i7 870 to replace my i5 650 that i had for 7 years i upgraded the cpu on my asus p7h55 mobo and i also replaced the thermal paste cleaned up my cooler im using the stock intel cooler that gave temps around 30 degrees idle on my i5 650 but with my i7 870 it gets very hot idle around 50 degrees and when i open youtube it jumps around 72 degrees?

I NEED HELP

i checked the stock cooler the pins were installed correctly and not broken however i set the fan speed to turbo and also increased my case fans speed and now i get around 40 degrees idle and around 62 degrees when i use youtube is this normal beceause idk the normal temps for this cpu
