asus rog g20 gtx 1070 i7 16gb ram. The screen when you start a game will start popping up green red and blue, then the screen will literally tear, and the PC will crash. Here's what the things look like that I see.

I'm pretty sure it's a graphics card problem but I really don't want to take it to best buy if I don't need to. I do have a warranty but I have little to no time, and I don't want to open it, any ideas? Latest drivers installed, etc.

error code :
video schedular internal error

I presume that you are using windows 10 and if you're then try running the CHKDSK utility from cmd.
Then check for any other programs or drivers that you've recently installed since those might be the cause.
Are you using a D-Sub adapter? Have you tried re-plugging it?
Have you done a clean installation of the graphics drivers? You can uninstall all drivers that came from NVIDIA and then install the latest. Does the problem occurs while starting other game too?
The following links gives a detailed solution to the problem you're facing. However, you can give it a try.
