So I installed a new cooler on my cpu. (H80i v2) (a10 6700). After I installed it turned off and on fast repeatly. I turned the power off and after that it just didn't turn on at all.
The old cooler was stuck on the cpu no pins looked damaged.
Could it be a bad motherboard?
