so i have a MSI R9 390 8GB gaming gpu and i have this card for a year now and i only had this problem once more a while ago but i don't remember how i fixed it then
so my card is stuck at 300 MHZ and i tried like every thing i found on the internet but noting works i tried to overclock it with afterburner but without succes i've tried to reinstall the drivers but noting i even got my pc back to factory mode and still nothing.. i hope someone can help me thx
