Can't Install Drivers for New Card

I just build a computer and I boot everything up normally. I go in and see that in device manager, there's only my IGPU. My Graphics Card (ASUS GTX 750 TI OC) is on and working... it's just not showing up and I can't install drivers as I get an error message. When I plug it into GPU, it shows "no signal" on screen.

You do have the display connected to the gpu instead of the motherboard?

What is your full system spec?
"is on and working", I wouldn't call that working if you are getting no signal

On some BIOS'es, you may have to change the setting and tell it to use the PCI-e card as opposed to the integrated graphics.
