I just put together a new PC. I Installed the CPU and RAM on the motherboard, and made sure it would POST. Then I put it all in the case with the SSD, and installed Windows. Then, I turned everything off, and installed the graphics card. When turning it back on, I get nothing but a black screen, I can't get into the BIOS or anything. I removed the GPU, and tried to install it's drivers, but they won't install unless the GPU is in the PC. What should I do to get the drivers installed?

Motherboard: Asus Z170-E
CPU: 6th gen i5
GPU: MSI GTX 1050 Ti

Solution
try to use the intergradet GPU on the MoBo.

Or reset bios. Might have happend something there.
Unplug all cables to the pc, remove the battery on the mobo. press and hold the power button for 20 sec, to get out the rest of the power.
wait 5 min. Put everything back again. use the GTX card. start the pc
