Disclaimer: my PC knowledge isn't that great. I don't know what BIOS means to use an example. With that out of the way:
I was playing my computer earlier when it suddenly restarted. No warning, stuttering, anything. Upon restarting, my monitor wouldn't detect any input. I tried switching display ports, tried plugging it in via HDMI, nothing. I've ruled out the monitor being the issue by hooking the same HDMI cord to it and my Xbox works fine with it. This leads me to believe it's my card ( sapphire rx480). The lights on the card still work, so it's getting power, it just won't transmit anything. I bought it almost a year ago off Amazon, so hopefully it's still under warranty.
Is there anything else this could be?The card has doubled in price so if I need a new one I'm pretty much screwed, if it's not under warranty.
My specs:
Intel i7-4790
Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2
16gb gddr3 ram
Evga 1000 psu
