System restarts every 2 sec (processor fan restarting every 2 seconds even bios mode also not comming)

Hi
I have pentium dual core processor, ECS (H61H2-M2) Mother board.
System restarts every 2 sec, even i am not able to see bios mode.

Any body please help me.

Disconnect all SATA devices (both SATA and power inputs to them), drop too a single stick of RAM in required slot for single-stick operation, and if your MB and CPU are capable of onboard graphics, remove your add-in GPU and use onboard for testing...

If still no luck, I'd even go as far as to remove all USB headers from mainboard as well; if still no luck, try other RAM stick...

Be sure your CPU PWR header is connected from PSU to mainboard...

Double check that you have your mainboard mounted w/ correct number of standoffs, and none are shorting it out....
