Hi I am in a constant blue screen loop that says Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_area and I have replaced my ram, and after I did that I got a blue screen with irql_not_less_or_equal but it when back to page fault after the one time. I replaced my harddrive and ssd and tried a different hard drive that had Windows on it. and I even replaced my motherboard but nothing. And I can't boot off a usb. I can go into bios but it will randomly reboot at unpredictable times. I have tried taking out the cmos battery and using different flash drives and also different versions of windows. I aldo sometimes get System_Service_exception_not_Handled I think it is. Any suggestions on what to do?

You say you replaced your RAM and you replaced you motherboard. This should have sorted out your issue.
Is this a new PC? What components are these? Compatible components? Has it ever worked?

The main thing is to eliminate each component.
You could reset the BIOS to default. But you probably did that already. You could upgrade the BIOS to latest but it might be risky if you are constantly getting crashes.

Taking the PC apart and checking all cables and connection and putting it back again is another option.
I have seen an issue once where a screw used on the motherboard were too large and shorted the motherboard sometimes and caused a random crash. This could even be caused by some power cable not being attached correctly or the PSU failing and spiking.

You could reduce the RAM to a single stick, and if error persists use another RAM stick perhaps in another slot, perhaps another brand of RAM if you have. Eliminate components.

It used to work, yes. It's a gtx 1080, i7 7700k, and I had the gigabyte z270x but now use the asus prime z270-A and I had 8x2 ddr4 3000 ram and bought a new set of the same ram and the problem persists on both boards. I tried restarting the bios to default and that didnt work either

Perhaps it is the RAM that is to blame. Try to see if your motherboard supports the specific RAM that you have. I would have gone with a different manufacturer of RAM, as that is probably the issue. If you have access to other RAM (from a friend or something) maybe try that. Also it does matter which slot you put the RAM in. Check you used manual for that, but if it starts it should not be unstable, it should just not detect it if it is in the wrong RAM slot.
