The ryzen is overclockable on that b350 board with the stock cooler so long as you have decent internal case temps
Ryzen oc limit is around 4ghz which puts it close to (but not quite) the performance level of the i5.
That said , the ryzen has 2 extra cores , 8 extra threads & is in a socket with a guaranteed 3-4 year lifetime - so future proofing wise its head & shoulders above the Intel.
Fps wise it'll sit around 110-110fps max on current AAA titles.
Bear in mind I did get you a gtx 1070 in there rather than a 1060 which is boundless amounts better.
I dropped the monitor to a decent 75htz screen for 2 reasons
1. Its significantly cheaper
2. You'll max its refresh rate (75fps) with a 1070 on ANY game out there currently at max settings.
I did mean to drop an ssd in there aswell , you should seriously consider it , it makes the difference between a good & great system IMO
