Need help making wireless adapter

Do as below:
1. In the search box on the Taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
2. In Device Manager, select Network adapters -> the network adapter name.
3. Right click the network adapter, and then select Uninstall device- > Delete the driver software for this device check box -> Uninstall.
4. After uninstalling the driver, select the Start button -> Power -> Restart.
Check if your Network adapter is visible after restart.

Try to Update the driver software
If it doesn't work then uninstall the driver software and then download it form the below link(Choose proper OS) and install it.

Peace.I did not buy a network adapter I bought a tool that monitors network traffic I used it many times on a old computer with windows 7 the tool requires that I choose a network adapter from the drop down menu I installed wincap which i assume is what makes the network adapter but it's not showing up I tried with the tool developers suggested, still no luck
