So I recently got a new PC and everytime I turn it on , the whole PC just completely Powers off after like 3 minutes and then boots back up. However , if I turn on a game like CS.GO , it does not turn off whatsoever, I'm really sick and tired of this problem because I've been saving my money up for this PC and I am rewarded with this nonsense.
I've ran Anti-Virus tests , etc. and it says the PC is fine.
I'm not sure if the PC is shutting down and booting back up or if its just doing a regular restart, but when it does what it does , it doesnt show the Windows Restarting screen or anything so I dont think its Windows' fault.
It also loves to Shut down and boot back up when I'm updating a program or downloading it, However as I said , if i turn on a game like CS.GO , leave it in the background and then download the application, then everything is fine and it doesnt Shut down and Boot back up.
I would be super happy if any of you know how to fix this.

Some of the PC specs:
ASUS GTX 1070 STRIX
Intel Core i5 7600
8gb of DDR4 RAM
120gb SSD (Windows is intalled on this)
1TB Hardrive
MSI H110M PRO-D Motherboard
ATX 600 WATT 85 +BRONZE APFC Power Supply

Note: I've also tried plugging the PC into a different socket , it didnt work, I've also checked if others have this problem on the internet but could not find anything.

Click on Start -> Control Panel -> System, in System Properties click the Advanced tab, then under Startup and Recovery click the Settings button, and remove the tick in the option Automatically restart.
This allows you to see any error messages when it happens again.

Can you boot in to safe mode (press the F8 key as it boots)? If so you can remove drivers, Click the Start button -> right-click My Computer -> click Properties -> click the Advanced tab -> and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery

Good Luck.:) Peace.

I don't think it's a drivers problem as it has been restarting even at the very start when I was installing Windows 10 to my PC . Also , I don't see any error messages when the PC restarts , so my guess is that's it's something in the PC , but I have no idea what it might be as I have never built as PC before and I have no idea how to fix the problem
