I had intel core 2 duo and want to put a intel core 2 quad Q9650 and a gigabyte geforce GT 1030 low profile 2G. My question is will i be able to play gta V low settings?(6gb DDR2 ram btw)

If you are going to upgrade you may as well replace the whole system. GTA5 likes cpu cores. I upgraded from an A10-5800k to an i7 6700k and saw a substantial fps increase. That GT 1030, which I had no idea existed, will most likely struggle to provide any playable framerate for GTA5.
