Those reviews show some temperatures. I would expect your card to stay below 50c under full load. That number is going to be higher or lower depending upon your case, system load and ambient temp.. Notice in the Vortez review their ambient temp was 68f or 20c.
What are your temperatures while mining?

Perfectly normal. No worries at all.
What you can do is download and install MSI Afterburner. Through that you can adjust your fan curve. This is done as a choice for some and as a necessity for others. In your case it's a choice. You can tell it to spin up to 50% when it reaches 45C and 60% when it reaches 50C. You can also turn off the auto-control and lock it to a constant fan speed such as 65%. Changing the fan curve can cause issues if done wrong. It isn't really a complicated procedure. It can however result in cooler or more consistent GPU temperature.
If you know how to adjust your fan curve, you can. Is it needed? Not at all. Some people(like me) just want to keep things as cool as possible.
With your card only having one fan it will be a little warmer than the 2 fan varieties.

Can it run MSI afterburner in my GPU? because i already have Firestorm installed.
You can use Firestorm, MSI Afterburner, Asus GPU Tweak or EVGA precision. You already have Firestorm installed so I'd not use MSI AB unless you like its GUI better or something. I use AB and Asus GPU Tweak. Once again the KISS principle prevails.
In short, everything looks good. You're making sure the health of your PC is good and you aren't cluttering up your PC with utilities.

Idle temp is 35c not sure for later because im not mining yet.
