When I firstly installed the windows 7, I had a problem where my mouse and keyboard were not working but somehow I fixed it and it worked.
This morning I decided to reinstall my windows 7 and this problem popped up again. My keyboard and mouse were working fine in the BIOS but they didn't work where I had to select the language for my computer. I tried to change some things around the BIOS like I've seen on this site(I used this site for when I had the problem before) and after a couple restarts, my mouse and keyboard are not working at all.
My headset are working fine when I connect them to the USB, but the mouse and keyboard don't. I tried every single USB port, even if it was 2.0 or 3.0. I changed my keyboard too but no difference. At the moment, I can't access my BIOS anymore or do anything.

Solution
Try reinstalling your Windows again coz you are not able to uninstall the drivers if there was any issues with the driver since your keyboard and mouse is not working. It might detect the driver this time when installing. Use a proper iso image of windows.

Good Luck.:) Peace.
