is the cooling of this gpu any bad? or I shouldn't worry too much about it? my case is generic,with no extra fans, and I think average to good airflow
 
agreed.
You could probably get by with no case fan at all. My dad's system has no case fans just the PSU and CPU FAN and everything stays cool. It has no graphics card, but this card as said runs with minimal heat.

Probably about 50W or so added which isn't hard to exhaust through the PSU and just a CPU fan pointed towards a top-rear exhaust.

Any case fan will help too but it may not be necessary. I just disabled the one my dad had as the temperature sensors on the CPU and motherboard indicated no reason to run it.

*though an intake fan can cool any hard drives which may help their life
