For your information, I am using my PC's built-in audio port and every-time I plug in my headphone or speakers, it will make some buzzing and irritating sound, sort of a signal deflected noise. I came from Malaysia and happen to found this sound card being sold for RM30 or roughly 7$ USD. I am just curious if the Creative 5.1 Channels PCI Interface Sound Blaster Live is still a good card to be used in 2017 or is there any other cheap and affordable sound card out there? Thank you
