I want to build a good gaming PC, I'm intending to use it on 1080p Maximum (720p or 1080p but not more than that) so I wanted to know what do you recommend me to replace in my build with another part, here is my build:

ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero - 208$ on amazon
Intel Core I7-7700K - $306.89 on amazon
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 - $133.95 on amazon

Suggest me a GPU for 1080p only not higher resolutions that can run all modern games on ultra with a good FPS (I guess a GTX 1080 ti is so expensive and it's not for a 1080p game as it's used more on 4k and stuff) and should I get another cheaper motherboard or CPU and spend it on GPU, and if so, what do you recommend me for GPU, CPU and motherboard?

Thanks for reading.

For 1080p gaming, with a card targeted as such, I would go Ryzen 1600, to save some money to get you a better GPU. It literally could mean the difference between a GTX 1060 6gb and a GTX 1070. You will have better multi-threaded support for future titles as well.
