About a month ago my computer randomly shut off while playing Arma. I was really bummed because it's been a year since I built it, did it really bail on me? So, I open it up and I thought the problem might have the vga cable or something. Turns out it wasn't the cable, I ended up replacing my psu, which fixed half of my problem. My computer was booting up, but I still got no video from my Gpu. It wasn't the monitor, plus my gpu's fans were spinning, but no display. Since I had a warranty I ended up RMAING my gpu, I never heard a response whether the card worked or not, but they replaced my card. The card fans did spin when I installed, but still did not receive video. I replaced my mobo, AND YET STILL no video, plus my fans arent spinning anymore. Everything else spins, so shouldn't my gpu fan spin on the first boot on a new Mobo? I'm really tired of troubleshooting, do you guys have any suggestions? I basically renovated my computer, what can it be? Rip 970

pic related is a picture of my motionless 1060, it twitches when I boot it on. Why evga :(

I'm using the Asus, power is enough, and ambient temps is pretty low. But, when I replace the card onto a new mobo, isn't the card supposed to spin on the first boot?
