What's the orientation of your case fans and rad fans?

As far as noise goes, it's the nature of AIOs to be loud. If you want more peace and quiet, use CPU air cooler with same level of cooling performance as AIO, e.g Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3,
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9bFPxr/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk019

Btw, i7-7700K is one hot running chip and even with the best air cooler or AIO, your CPU can reach 100°C at 100% load.
