Help about Pc Upgrade

So I have pc that i want to upgrade, the specifications are:
4GB ddr3 (Upgrade -8GB)
Amd Radeon HD 6450 (Upgrade to Gtx 1030)
And Intel Pentium Dual Core E5800 3,2Ghz...
My Psu is 255W, so is there any good processor (socket LGA775) that will fit nicely? Sorry for my bad english..

To be sure, we just about have to know the motherboard. Or if it is a pre-built PC, the make and model. Dell?

Yes its Dell Pc and its Pre-Built, the motherboard is also Dell, im not sure whats the motherboard because its not my pc

Well, I'd only be guessing then. The C2Q 9550 or 9650 would be the best choice if the board and its BIOS support it. The E5800 is actually a few months newer than the quad cores I mentioned. So there's a good chance they would be recognized. But no guarantees w/o knowing the CPU support list for that PC.
