Which is the intended GPU clock value at idle for GTX 1070 G1 Gaming?

Hi, I would like to know the correct and intended GPU idle clock value for my Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (Samsung VRAM model with F2 VBIOS).

After installing the latest Nvidia driver version 385.28 it is shown 139 MHz as the clock value at idle for my card while before 382.33 version and with all the previous ones installed the reported GPU clock value at idle was always 240 MHz, never 139 MHz.

Please I'd appreciate any help to solve this doubt.

"This was actually by design. The idle clock speed you are seeing is the correct idle speed. With prior drivers, if a graphics card was factory overclocked, the offset amount would affect the idle clock speeds when they...
