Problem with my new internet adapter

About a couple of months ago I was following instructions from an official razer tech supporter because I had problems with my keyboard, so he asked me to install a bunch of programs I never heard about, after I installed them and did as told he then asked me to restart my PC, after the restart I found myself unable to use the internet because my adapter couldn’t connect anymore, after two days of searching for a fix I decided just to buy a new one, so I did, same problem with this one, can’t stay connected for more than 4 minutes without failing. I know it might be dumb to blame their support because of it, but this isn’t my main PC, I only use it to test hardware efficiency, speed and such, so I never installed anything other than my regular programs on it.

I actually found a partial fix, ran the CD that came with the adapter and installed the drivers again, every time I restart it breaks again though, so I need to keep running the cd
