Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 are fairly GPU-bound games that are 5-6 years old.

The fact is that you have a fairly low-end APU as your CPU, which means there's a ceiling you're going to hit in any game that leans on the CPU at all. There's no setting, tweak, overclock, or magic trick that will make it not so, which is what people are trying to explain to you.

Even though i set the graphics settings to max, fps hits about 20-30 fps.

But i tried different games like Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty Black ops 2 in ultra settings. Smooth as hell at 60+ fps with V-sync on.
