Computer shut down to black screen when gaming, now won't turn on at all

Hey, hopefully this is a quick one, but I'd like to get some feedback on the problem.

I was having a bunch of problems with my computer shutting off after playing Overwatch for half an hour to an hour. The monitor would go black, but the rest of the computer would still be on (Save for one occasion where it restarted), the fans were running, leds on, power light on, etc. It wouldn't accept any input though, ie: the caps lock light wouldn't go on on the keyboard. Occasionally this was accompanied with a loud buzzing noise. When I checked the event log, it crashed with error 6008 with no real additional information.

It's been doing that for about a week now, and I noticed that the GPU was getting to some high temperatures so I thought it might be an issue with it underclocking when it got too hot. Lowering the settings seemed to make it last longer, but it'd still crash at medium settings (I was playing on Ultra for a while before).

Just about an hour ago I shut it down normally, and it won't turn back on. None of the LEDs or fans turn on, save for the power light at the front of the computer. It will remain on, and the only way to shut it down is to turn off the computer at this point.

Here's my computer's specs:
AMD - Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
ASRock - AB350M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
G.Skill - NT Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Seagate - FireCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive
EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card
SeaSonic - G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

From what I've been reading around, it sounds like a power supply issue, or possibly a motherboard one. It might be worth noting that all of my fans are connected through my motherboard, none of them are connected directly to the power supply. This is also a very new desktop, it's only a month old.

What sort of action should I be taking? Is this for sure a power supply issue, or should I try and do more to diagnose the problem? (May be a little limited at this point though). Right now I'm thinking replacing the power supply sounds like the best option

EDIT: I should add, I don't own any spare components (this is my first build), so at best I could borrow something from a friend

UPDATE: I managed to get it on again somehow. Took the graphics card out, tried to turn it on without it (didn't work). Put it back in, tried unplugging and plugging the power cords back into the motherboard. When I tried to turn it on again it worked. That being said, I'm not sure yet if the crashing problem has been resolved, I'll update again when I know better

It's a little bizarre actually, my graphics card is not overheating like it was before either. Running about 15-20 degrees celsius cooler on higher settings, which was closer to what it was like before these problems. No crashes yet. Would this fit under bad/loose contact too?
