help dvice manager problem

okey so i have a G230 gaming headset and when i went to device managerunder audio inputs and outputs i dont see the name anyware but i can hear and use the mic perfectly

That's because there is no digital interface to the computer. The headphone jacks plug into the analog sound input/output so there is no communication with the motherboard. The motherboard interface is to the digital circuity that handles those analog ports.

It's not a device manager problem. There is no interface for device manager interrogate.
