I am building a budget gaming system and its been a journey with some amazingly bizarre stories.
I bought a system that I thought I would be able to upgrade easily, but the motherboard was a BTX motherboard. So, I had to buy a new motherboard (from China) and am now trying to figure out the best video card options. Good news, because of all the chaos, I'm only into it for $50 right now.

i5-3470 3.2Ghz Quad-Core
8GB DDR3
500 GB SATA 5400 RPM

(with so many issues on the purchase I ended up getting $40 and the computer)

I got a new Xclio A380 case and 850w power supply. ($30 total)

My new motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-B75-D3V with CrossFireX and 2 PCIe slots.

I am trying to determine if it is worth trying to get a Radeon card with the intention of adding a second card in the future and taking advantage of the CrossFireX or just getting the GTX 1050 ti.

I would like to stay under $200 and can't seem to find any Radeon cards that are comparable to the 1050 ti for the price.

I will be getting an SSD drive after the graphics card.
