How to power a server motherboard (aka I made a huge mistake)

So, to summarize what I did; I bought components required to run the PowerEdge 2850 Motherboard C8306. I have it now, ready to receive it's OS, HOWEVER, I completely forgot the fact that server motherboards require a server PSU. I looked a bit, and found the exact PSU for this MB, however it was 700W at it's cost would more than double the price of the entire setup, also 700W is more than I need because it will be running (or not?) two old 3.4GHz 32-bit single-core Xeons, very weak to none graphics card, and a Transport Tycoon server (don't judge me).
So, my question is, is there a way to power this motherboard with a standard PSU? I mean, I know there is, because the voltages must be the same as with a normal MB, but I need some sort of pinout of the Dell power connectors, which, of course, I did not find. I also realize that it would require some cable stripping and directly connecting them to the motherboard. Any help would be very, VERY appreciated. Thanks.

I need two xeons for transport tycoon because I want to run a patch that is very good at eating all the processing power there is. Also, yes, it can utilize both of them and 4GB of RAM is enough so 32-bit is no problem

Solution
700w is the only size im seeing that shipped with the 2850. Amazon is selling them for $39 which is fairly cheap for what it is. There are even some on ebay for $15.

And do you think there are less powerfull versions than 700 Watts? I mean, even that is not that expensive, but it just has more power than I need.

Many thanks for clearing that up. My last question would be if it needs a cable or if it is connected directly to the motherboard?
