Combining 250GB with 120GB SSD for C:drive

Hello,

So I have a 250GB Samsung Evo SSD as my OS drive (Windows 10) and a 120GB Kingston v300 I recently got as a gift. Now what I'm trying to achieve is extending the 120GB drive onto the already existing OS drive to make a combined storage capacity of 350GB or so.

So far I haven't had much luck combining the 2 drives with Windows 10 integrated pool storage creator or the disk management tool. I'm looking for a solution that would allow both drives to be combined and used as a C: drive to run the OS.

Any insight is much appreciated!

Solution
I would simply run the OS on the 250 SSD, that is plenty large for an OS and many programs. Then use the other for different programs, data storage or a scratch drive.

Pooling different performing drives will not work well.

Instead of combining into a single c drive, Keep the OS in 250 SSD as it is and use your new 120 SSD to install new software's and programs. Give your new SSD path in the installation process and the software data will be in the new drive.

Good Luck.:) Peace.
