Hi There, I Had Windows 7 Full of Errors, So i Downloaded Windows 8.1 Which Worked Just Fine But Now It's Full of Errors. I Downloaded Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista but None of Them Worked. I Created a Bootable USB Drive With Those Windows Images But When i Restarted My Laptop, Every time It Stucks on The Black Screen Where "Press Any Key to Continue" Used to Appear. Now There is Nothing Written Just a Blinking Mark. I Left My Laptop Overnight But Still Nothing Happened. Please Any Suggestion?

Laptop won't boot from USB automatically when an OS (albeit a "broken" OS) is already installed.
You have to bring up the boot device menu screen during the boot process, then select USB and press <Enter>
Boot device menu on a laptop is usually either F11 or F12, which you press and hold just after turning on the laptop.
If you can't manage that, go into the BIOS Setup and set USB as the first boot device, but the boot device menu method is preferable since it doesn't make any changes to the existing boot device sequence in the BIOS.
