Hello all, Would you be able to help?

so the last few weeks ive been on vacation, and my pc has been shut off for about 3 weeks, the specs are as follows

MSI Gtx 1070 gaming x
I5 6600K OC @ 4.4 GHZ
(4x4) 16GB crucial ram oc at 2666 ( stock 2133)
MSI Z170A GAMING M5
EVGA 850W SuperNova G2
few ssds, and hdds, and thats pretty much it

I like to get the best performance out of all my components, so i like to oc.
My system has been 99% stable , its been running for about 4 months before i left for my trip, but when i got back, everythings goin down hill

im getting artifacts in games, some games are crashing and saying rendering device lost, and dx error, my video card has been removed from the system"

I have not changed anything with my system at all, everything was running great for the past few months, and i havent tweaked anything, the first thing i did was turn my pc on after i got in the door, and later i shut it off and air dusted it with can of compressed air, i didnt unplug or disconnect anything.
I deleted and redownloaded and reinstalled display drivers multiple times, i deleted and reinstalled games multiple times, and so on.

Im thinking that the main problem is the gpu. When playing battlefront i get crashes, and it says something about a dx error, and my card has been physically removed fromt the system, and in overwatch, it crashes and a window pops up saying my rendering device has been lost.

if anyone can help that would be swell, Thanks in advance!

Are those the only settings you've changed? Power limits or added voltage? Artifacts are usually indicative of memory issues and the vast majority of gpus have 1 glaringly obvious flaw. Lack of VRM's/ram temp monitoring. Simply meaning just because the processor is only reaching an average of 75°C doesn't mean the area used by the VRM's and ram isn't regularly seeing upwards of 90°C. It's a plausible situation that they can be reaching 100°C during those above average temp spikes. It's also possible that the damage has already been done, and usable gpu lifespan is severely curtailed and you are just starting to see the results.

The CPU temps are in the 60-70 and the GPU is in the average of 75, which is normal

I also forgot to add that i added 150+ to the core, and 520 to the memory
