Weird sound pc

Hello guys. I have got a 'new' pc its almost over a year old now and since the beginning i have heard a weird sound from the pc when i start it up. The sound is only like for 2 seconds and after it it completely goes away. I don't know what it is and didn't really bother looking at it but now im starting to wonder what it is? When i restart my pc its silent. I think its just the fans starting up but i im not really a hardware expert on these things.

Lets see if its your HDD first.
Backup anything valuable on your HDD.
Turn off the computer and remove the HDD from the area where its held inside your case and just lay it down anywhere. (on some material)
Make sure its still plugged in though.
Then launch your pc back up and see if your HDD vibrates or just listen and check if its making any noise.

Its only like for a second and the sound is like a buzz. I can try to record it. The sound is the one on 0:02. [video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyZsP15RBHU"][/video]
