i recently bought and installed my graphics card but i am still getting low frames on most games including h1z1 king of the kill and csgo could you guys tell me my problem?

Windows 7 cpu AMD-A6 7400k Ram 16G dual channel nvidia gtx 1050ti 2000G of storage motherboard gigabyte technology but on speccy an app to find specs on my graphics card its says crossfire disabled SLI disabled is that effecting it
