Is this PSU any good?

Solution
Yes, the be quiet! Straight Power 10 is a good quality PSU (though made by FSP and has 5 year warranty). HOWEVER, you don't need 600W for your parts list, and, moreover, don't need to spend $109.90 (price of such PSU as listed in your newegg link) for such upgrade.

Note that your current parts list would be able to run off a good-quality 450W PSU. But if you are looking for more headroom for OC and upgrading your current GTX 1060-3GB to a GTX 1070/1080, then, I'd get a 550W PSU (650W if you are considering the GTX 1080 Ti soon).

If I were you, I'd look into these alternative PSUs (all of which are great quality and have more than enough juice to power your system, even considering OC and future upgrades) for a more affordable price...

Corsair - RMx 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg) + $30 Rebate = Total $89.99

Corsair - RMx 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ Newegg) + $30 Rebate = Total $99.99

EVGA SuperNova G2 550 (Fully Modular, 7 year warranty, OEM: Super Flower)

They normally make PSUs for the European market and as such I'm not sure if that model is a good one. It does seem to be overpriced for your budget and for what it is. Why not buy one of these?

Seasonic semi modular 550W $77 after shiping. While it's semi modular and not full, the wires that are there you'll need to use anyways so no big deal.

EVGA G2. $86 after shipping and rebate. Honestly this is all the PSU you need. No reason to spend more for that PSU you picked.
